Bosch showcases Diagnostics products at Autoserve 2008

Chennai, November 8, 2008: Bosch Limited, India’s largest autocomponent company, today showcased the comprehensive range of
diagnostic equipment and automotive parts at Autoserve 2008. The company also has ambitious plans to increase its network of Bosch Car Service (BCS) outlets across the country. Currently there are more than 210 BCS centres in India and more than 14000 such centres across the globe. The company also operates more than 1000 Bosch service centres in India.
Speaking of the Bosch diagnostics while participating in Autoserve 2008 at Chennai, Mr. Ravi Krishnamurthi, Regional Sales Director, India & SAARC, Automotive Aftermarket at Bosch Limited said, “With the growing importance of the automotive aftermarket businesses across the world, we consider this an opportune moment to scale up our diagnostic equipment and service outlets across the country. Bosch has a range of diagnostic equipments like engine analyzer, vehicle ECM scanner, battery load tester, battery charger, battery tester, wheel balancer and tyre changer for the Indian market.
The Bosch Car Service is an initiative to provide world class service to the new generation cars that have entered the Indian market. It is equipped to service all brands of cars by offering genuine spare parts, diagnostics and repair. BCS outlets also provide diagnostics for new generation technologies such as the ABS and ESP and also offers specialist servicing for diesel powered vehicles including those with the common rail direct injection systems. Being the largest multi brand car service network in the country, the type and variety of professional services provided by the BCS workshop is superior to that offered by any general workshops thus resulting in higher
customer satisfaction.
