• Community involvement and interaction
• Facilitating dialogue for public feedback to the Organization
• Being a good corporate neighbor: Build better relations with corporates in the neighborhood to build a stronger local network
• Maintaining an ongoing relationship with our Alumni community.
• Associate engagement: Coordinate programs that give associates flexibility to broaden their own experience through volunteer programs.
• Being environment-conscious. We recognize that our business has an unavoidable impact on the Environment. As a responsible Corporate Citizen, we need to minimize effects on the Environment wherever and whenever practicable.
• Reducing our carbon footprint.

We are committed to ensure full compliance with all existing environmental legislation. Some of the initiatives that we have taken up in this regard are:

• The establishment and monitoring of environmental objectives and targets.
• The measurement and minimization of the environmental impact of the Organization. There have been initiatives put in place towards fulfilling our environment obligations. The CSR office will support these activities, and make them more robust and enduring.
