Software Project Leader (Code: 0802009)

Your Tasks:

• Leading a team of 4 to 10 engineers involved in Software development for Diesel system applications in Cars
• Responsible for Delivery, Quality of the complete project
• Technical support to the project team in terms of Requirement analysis, reviews and testing
• Offering total solutions to different car manufacturers
• Estimation, planning and tracking of the project
• Resolving open issues
• Supporting the customer in trouble shooting and problem solving
• Short visits (2 weeks to 3 months) to project teams in Germany/Vienna/Japan, when situation warrants

Our Expectations:

• BE in EE/ EC/ instrumentation
• 4 to 6 years experience in Software development
• Handling a team of 4 to 10 people
• Involved in estimation, planning and tracking for SW work packages
• Good working knowledge of latest Software engineering practices
• Has played a key role in architectural design of functions
• Handled responsibility for complete Software release
• Programming in C-language
• Hands on working in communication protocols
• Working knowledge of Real Time Operating System, micro-controllers
• Testing of embedded applications using target hardware / emulators
• Proven domain knowledge, preferably in the area of automotive software applications
• Configuration Management tools like Clearcase
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Working with International Teams\ Inter-Cultural Exposure
• Strong ability to motivate and support team working
