Process consultancy services is relatively a new business unit at RBEI. It was established on 1.1.2004 with a charter to provide consultancy on model based process improvements at different divisions and manufacturing plants of our Group, world wide. We address our clients’ niche requirements of external consultancy, training, staffing and tooling, in a competent and cost effective manner. Initially we started with the Sw-CMM model, but today we offer consultancy based on CMMI, ISO 9001, Six Sigma and EFQM models. We offer support at every step - right from strategizing process improvements, to development of process improvement plans and detailed execution of the same.

Process consultant – Software development     (Code: 0802011)

Your Tasks:

• Development of process architecture/ definitions
• Development of process assets
• Implementation of processes in teams
• Training/coaching
• Facilitate implementation of defined QMS in projects
• Interaction with multinational/ multicultural teams
• May require travel

Our Expectations:

• BE or ME
• An experience of 2-6 years
• Experience in facilitating implementation of ISO 9001:2001, CMM / CMMI (at-least Level 4)
• Excellent knowledge on CMMI
• Software development/ project management experience will be an added advantage.
• Experience of implementing CMMI in product development (beyond software) will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Team skills (person should be able to work independently and in teams)
