QMM (Quality Management and Methods) is the Corporate Quality Department at RBEI. It is responsible for defining the Quality Management System, facilitating implementation of the same and checking for compliance to the same. QMM is also responsible for introduction and improvement of Tools / Technology. Quality Management System in RBEI caters to the varied needs of software development activities as well as corporate functions. The Quality Management System is being expanded to address new service offerings like engineering design services, translation and documentation, business process services, etc. There is a strong focus on the usage of measurements and statistical techniques to ensure on-time delivery of high quality product/services.
Focus is on continuous improvement of processes with an objective of improving quality, productivity, customer satisfaction and reducing cycle time. ISO 9001 and CMM models have been adopted for process improvements. RBEI is currently certified for ISO 9001:2001 and assessed at CMM L5.

- B.E or MCA
- An experience of 3 to 6 years
- Experience of working with ISO 9001:2001, CMM / CMMI (at-least Level 4)
- MS Office usage,
- Experience in Tools / Technology improvements and implementation
- Software development experience will be an added advantage.
