ETD stands for "Engineering Services - Translation and Documentation".
We are dedicated towards providing Documentation and Translation services support to Bosch world-wide. Additionally we provide tool support in Documentation process for DS.

We provide support in the following services:

Translation
Translation for file formats like MS-Word, XML, HTML, SGML, MIF, PDF, PPT and Text

Documentation
Documentation services using Framemaker, MS-Word and XMetal

Intranet/Internet
Webpage maintenance, Content management and eLearning

Your Tasks:

• Single file / Module file editing
• Creation of Block diagrams using Micrographics Designer
• Generating customer documentation in Word and PDF format.
• Generation of complete customer documentation using Frame maker 5.5 and 6.0-( Single Volume & Dual Volume )
• Versioning under ClearCase
• Conversion of EDC15 documents to EDC16 e.g.: Word to FM.
• Generating Product Manuals, Brochures and User Manuals using FM 7
• Generation of short incremental & complete customer documentation

Our Expectations:

• Desiring candidate should be a graduate or a post graduate from any reputed university.
• Desk top publishing. (Documentation management and presentation)
• Working knowledge of FrameMaker (with SGML preferred) , MS Office products, XML editors (XMetal), Configuration management tools ( ClearCase or VSS ).
• Familiarity with UNIX, Windows NT/2001 operating systems.
• Familiarity with graphic editors such as Visio, Micrografx Designer, AutoSketch, CorelDraw, CAD/CAM.
• Good writing skills
• Ability to comprehend technology
• Ability to work under tight schedule and adhere to quality standards
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good team player
