Bosch wins the NDTV Car & Bike 'Technology of the Year' award
Bosch was awarded the NDTV Car&Bike 'Technology of the year' award on the evening of Jan.10, 2008 at Pragati Maidan during the eve of the 9th Auto Expo 2008 where Bosch also has a spectacular presence. The award was received by Dr Hieronimus under whose leadership the Common Rail project was setup in India in 2006. Bosch not only setup the manufacturing project in record time but also pioneered the new application of Common Rail in 'Peoples' car segment'. This is a revolutionary leap achieved by Bosch in India, which is the pioneer of Common Rail technology in the rest of the world as well.
