The VitaFresh Center has two zones at almost 0 degrees with different humidities, where food remains fresh up to three times as long. Meat and fish are stored at 50 % humidity, while fruit and vegetables prefer 95 % humidity. A display shows the cooling and storage conditions for different types of food.
