The FXS 2020 packaging machine can fill upto 80 pre-sterilised syringes per minute. For higher performance, there is the FXS 5100, which can fill upto 500 syringes per minute. Another Bosch invention, the world’s fastest candy wrapping machine – the BVK 2000A can pack upto 2000 candies per minute. The BVK2000A was unveiled in India in March 2006 by Motor Industries Company Limited.

The Miniwrap BVK-2000A packs upto 2000 candies per minute, and is a hit with popular confectionary makers. Bosch Packaging Technology Division started manufacturing the BVK 2000A in early 2005 at its Bangalore facility. The innovation is in the speed of the machine and the quality in packaging that it renders.
The BVK 2000A Miniwrap is full of options like automatic web splicing, rejection of incomplete and/ or empty packs, rejection of spliced packs and packs with offset print, vacuum discharge of empty packs, candy calibration to reject fragments and oversized candies.
